Clinical Lead

By integrating state-of-the-art sensor technology, advanced analytics, and an innovative reusable casing, we enable surgeons to reduce surgery time and deliver precisely fitted implants, minimizing complications and accelerating patient recovery. As part of our team, you'll drive clinical studies, collaborate with surgeons, and ensure that our groundbreaking technology integrates seamlessly into surgical workflows.

Role description

  • Lead and manage clinical trial planning, protocol formulation, implementation, and analysis

  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and other key stakeholders in the hospital

  • Act as the primary liaison between end-users and the product development team

  • Develop and deliver training for healthcare providers on the use of the ADEPTH® system

  • Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with industry standards

  • Conduct data analysis and interpret results to guide product improvements

  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of clinical outcomes and provide feedback for product optimization

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Nursing, Biomedical Engineering)

  • At least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably setting up clinical studies pre- and post-market

  • Experience with complying with regulations such as METC approval and the CE-certification process under the MDR

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • A curious and analytical mindset, with a keen interest in understanding how things work and a fascination with the operating room environment
